Meeting Minutes from July 12, 2010
Meeting began at 6:37pm
Attendees: Cindy Lacasse, Paul Massaro, Sandy Kevlik, Dick Fitts, Ariana Roy, Holly 
Innerfield, Bruce Clements, and Mike Stafford

-Public Comment - None

-Treasurer's Report - Approved - Still waiting on the bank to see about check book reimbursement.

-Review of previous meeting minutes - Approved - To be posted

Director Reports:
-Soccer - Coaching clinic was moved to Wednesday.  Bruce to send email blast.  Some sponsor
         checks are in.  Bruce to send email blast regarding the new late deadline of 
         7/30.

-Basketball - Gym time scheduled, looking for uniforms online, throwing away old uniforms. 

-Softball - Karyn - to be updated.

-Baseball - Trophies are being distributed and Craig is looking into gathering and 
           recycling old trophies with new name plates.  Looking to set a date to
           revamp the Ineson Field baseball diamond with new dimensions.

Other Business:
-Skills Day - Update from Mark

-Website weareathleticclub.com - Interest in managing the website - Mike to email Dawnelle

-Concessions - Holly - Community Bridges - We have interest and will provide them with 
               a schedule once it is determined.

-WAC Sportsmanship Award - General discussion and determination of owner - email blast
                           for ideas and notify about August meeting.

-New Business - Bolton Shed - Trash to the dump.
