Weare Athletic Club RegistrationThe Weare Athletic Club is a non-profit organization that promotes and organizes recreational sports for children in grades 1-8 who reside in Weare, NH.

Registration Policy
It is the goal of the Weare Athletic Club (WAC) to encourage as much participation as possible. We make an effort to schedule several registration nights for each sport, and try to publicize the registration dates using our website (www.weareathleticclub.com), our email subscription list, the school newsletters, the town's public access TV station (channel 6), and local newspapers.
There are, however, a number of factors that limit our flexibility regarding late registrations. These factors include insurance company regulations, league rules, equipment order deadlines, the number of coaching volunteers, and the need to schedule games and practices.
NOTE: Several factors will determine whether a player on the waiting list is placed on the team. First, there must be a team in the proper age level that has fewer players than the maximum team size. Second, there must be insurance coverage for the player available on the insurance company roster. Third, there must be sufficient uniforms and equipment available for the player.
Because of these constraints, the WAC has instituted a policy for late registrations in each sport. The following apply to all sports.
If your paid registration is recieved by the deadline for that sport and a team can be formed, your child will be guaranteed a spot on the team. That is to say late registrants will NOT be given priority over on time registrants. This does not mean that all on time registrants will be placed on a team. For example, we may not get enough volunteer coaches at a particular grade level to accomodate all registrants.
Players cannot practice or play without a completed form and paid registration fee.
Registrations recieved after the registration deadline will be considered late.
Late registrations will be subject to a $10 late registration fee.
Late registrations will be added to a waiting list.
Late registrations are NOT guaranteed a spot on a team.
If a wait listed player is not placed on a team, a full refund will be issued.

Important note on Jewelry:
ABSOLUTELY NO Jewelry is allowed during play. This is a league insurance rule. (except for Medic Alert Bracelets). If you are going to get your childs ears pierced, please allow adequate time so the earrings can be removed before the soccer practice/game season begins.
